40 (Raleigh and points East)
- Take Exit 273B (Hwy 54) towards Chapel Hill
- Take 15-501 South (Bypass)
- Turn right at Manning Drive, following signs to hospital
and Ambulatory Care Center (ACC)
- Park in the ACC lot or Dogwood Deck
- The EPA Human Studies Facility is on Mason Farm Road near
the intersection of Columbia Street
From Interstate 85 (Charlotte,
Greensboro and points West)
- Take I-40 East towards Raleigh
- Take Exit 148 (Highway 54)
- Take Highway 54
- Continue on Highway 54 and 15-501 North
- Turn
left at Manning Drive, following signs to hospital and Ambulatory
Care Center (ACC)
- Park
in the ACC lot or Dogwood Deck
- The

intersection of Columbia Street
From Interstate 85 North
(Durham and points North)
- Follow I-85 to intersection with Hwy 15-501 South
- Follow 15-501 South towards Chapel Hill; the highway will
divide
- Remain on 15-501 South (Bypass) bearing left, away from
Franklin Street
- Turn
right at Manning Drive, following signs to hospital and Ambulatory
